The entrance to the upstairs apartment, which sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, is via a path that runs in front of the terrace of the downstairs apartment and an external staircase twined with jasmine leading up to the front door.  A huge open plan living room with a full modern kitchen and capacious dining table form the focus of the upstairs apartment.  French doors open from the sitting area onto a large terrace.  The master bedroom, the only part of the whole property to be air conditioned at this stage, also opens onto the same terrace. The master bedroom also has a private en suite bathroom.  A door on the opposite side of the living room leads to a suite comprising two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Extensive use has been made of natural materials in the furnishings of the house and the overall style is clean cut and minimalist but with whimsical touches such as the tented fabric wardrobes.  The two apartments can be rented separately or together. The nearest vehicle access is about 5 minutes walk away and the nearest car parking area is about 10 minutes walk away, but it is possible to reach by motorbike.  At this stage the road out to Nimborio is still unsurfaced so taxis will not go out there but the two main supermarkets in Yialos will deliver.  There is a water taxi service based at the taverna close by.  Small boats are available for hire in the harbour and as this property has a private jetty there is no problem with finding a secure berth.
