This newly built second floor apartment is perfect for couples or a
family who are looking for clean -cut modern holiday
accommodation. A stone’s throw from the sea and only a short
level walk to popular sandy beaches and waterfront bars and tavernas
this apartment is exceptionally spacious for Symi. Each of the
three double bedrooms has its own large balcony for sunbathing and
relaxation. The beds have twin mattresses, making them suitable
for either families or couples and there is plenty of wardrobe space.
There is only one bathroom but it has a rare luxury for Symi - a big
bathtub - and is perfect for rinsing off the children after a day on
the beach.
The open plan salon/kitchen has a modern fitted kitchen and is light
and airy with lots of windows and a big balcony. Views are rural
with plenty of greenery – soothing on the eyes after sunny days on the
beach. There is a television (films are usually broadcast in the
original language, with Greek subtitles, so no problems understanding
the dialogue!) and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
The only steps you have to climb are from the street level to the front
door. Everything else is on the level, both inside the apartment
and from the accommodation to the sea. The bus stop and water taxi are
only metres away. There is a newly opened small supermarket in Pedi and
there are shops and bakeries in Chorio and Yialos.
This is excellent budget holiday accommodation for couples or families
who want a simple seaside holiday without any worries. Clean cut
and carefree.
