Situated
just off the old motor road as it zigzags up the hill at Petalo, this
delightful cottage is in a quiet semi-rural area, only a few minutes
walk down from central Chorio or a short drive or walk up from the
harbour. The bus stops at the bottom of the road or you can
hire a bike if you don’t want to walk.
The lower floor of a detached house with the owner living above, the
cottage comprises a salon with separate kitchen/dining room, a bedroom
with a double bed and fitted cupboards including a dressing table, and
a separate bathroom. The style is simple and authentic.
There
is a large terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs for 4
people so that you can entertain guests. There is also a
BBQ. Steps from the terrace lead down into a large garden
area with a big lemon tree. There is also a side terrace.
Ideal
for a couple who want something a bit different and who enjoy the
quieter pleasures in life.
