Recently
renovated and air-conditioned, Karnayo
is on the hillside past
the shipyard at Harani. Sleeping two (or three with a camp bed), Upper
Karnayo has magnificent views over the harbour, town and mountains from
its terrace, balcony and main room. Clients find it one of the most
relaxing views on Symi. Swimming at Nos is five minutes walk away and
the town centre ten minutes.
Upper
Karnayo is reached through a gate and up its own steps to a shaded
terrace where two sets of double doors give access to a large
stone-floored bed-sitting room with balcony with dramatic views, fully
equipped kitchen with cooker/oven and full size refrigerator and
spacious shower room.
Rolling
beds in Upper Karnayo can be requested as either joined to make a
king-size double or as two full singles to suit clients’
needs. They can also be converted into sofas during the day for relaxed
living. For early or late in the season, the a/c is also a heater to
make the main room cool or cosy, depending on the weather.
