It is a large detached house situated in Yialos with superb and uninterrupted views of the harbour, Chorio, and the Kastro.

It is a 5-10
minutess walk up, approximately 120 steps from the harbour behind the town
hall. It can also be reached by car or scooter with parking at the rear
of the house, making it easier to rent a car or scooter and explore Symi's
wonderful countryside.
The house can sleep
up to 8 people in two levels with separate entrances. Two private double
bedrooms, two single beds and a sofa bed. It also has a large outdoor
terrace with magnificent views over the harbour for eating out and
sunbathing. Ideal for families or friends holidaying together.
Upper House
It consists of:
- Spacious living/dining room with wonderful views over the harbour and
Chorio. There is a double sofa bed, satellite TV, video-recorder, hi-fi,
and air-conditioning.
- Master double bedroom overlooking the harbour and Chorio with
air-conditioning.
- Traditional Symi kitchen which can be used for preparing breakfast and
light meals. It is complete with a stone sink, fireplace, small
cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle.
- Study/sitting room.
- Shower room with
WC and hot water.
- Private enclosed courtyard

Lower House
It consists of:
- Spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed that opens up to two twin
beds, TV, stereo and views over the harbour and Chorio from the outside
patio.
- Private double bedroom with separate entrance and air-conditioning.
- Fully-equipped kitchen complete with ceramic cooker, oven,
fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, blender.
- Master bathroom with WC, bathtub, hot water and washing machine.
