The house is above street level and faces straight out to sea with uninterrupted views. The entrance is from the lane behind and opens into an elegant garden with a column-lined path and a courtyard. The garden has outside lighting and there is a well-furnished terrace with views, perfect for al fresco dining.

The layout of the house is in the Neo Classical style with a large central salon and sophisticated open-plan kitchen. The other rooms open off on either side of this focal point, providing a comfortable combination of space, privacy and communal living. The layout is particularly suited for a large family or families holidaying together. Fittings and furnishings are of a high standard and the bathrooms are exceptional, with high pressure showers and elegant tiles. There is a family bathroom with twin showers.
