This imposing stone Neo-Classical mansion on the waterfront near the clock tower has been beautifully restored with every attention to detail.  The house is above street level and faces straight out to sea with uninterrupted views.  The entrance is from the lane behind and opens into an elegant garden with a column-lined path and a courtyard.  The garden has outside lighting and there is a well-furnished terrace with views, perfect for al fresco dining.

The layout of the house is in the Neo-Classical style with a large central salon and sophisticated open-plan kitchen.  The other rooms open off on either side of this focal point, providing a comfortable combination of space, privacy and communal living.  The layout is particularly suited for a large family or families holidaying together.  Fittings and furnishings are of a high standard and the bathrooms are exceptional, with high pressure showers and elegant tiles. There is a family bathroom with twin showers.  The house has a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.  There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house.
