Villa Laza and Laza Penthouse

Elegant Symi island living at its best, this is the only rental property currently available on the island with a swimming pool. Situated about 3 tiers up from the harbour, this restored old mansion house is on the lower third of the historic Kali Strata. 

Villa Laza:

The main house, which has sole access to the indoor swimming pool, is entered via a beautiful colourful landscaped garden. From the garden one enters a fully fitted family kitchen. Steps from the kitchen lead to a luxurious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, television and balcony with harbour views. A narrow corridor leads off the kitchen to a spacious dining room with steps up to a spacious and comfortably appointed lounge. This leads onto a balcony with harbour views. There are two double settees in the lounge. There is also a double bed in the lounge and steps lead up to another double bed so the house sleeps a total of 6. Although the master bedroom is private the other two sleeping areas are part of the lounge.

Laza Penthouse:

This is on top of Villa Laza and has its own private entrance from the Kali Strata. If the villa and the penthouse are booked together there is, however, access from one to the other. The penthouse is extremely spacious and elegant with an open plan lounge and dining room with a balcony with upper harbour views. There is a small but complete kitchen leading off the lounge. There is also a cool white double bedroom with balcony and en suite bathroom. Ideal for honeymooners or those who wish they were! Please note that the indoor swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the villa only and not the penthouse unless, of course, the two have been booked together as a group.
